The Webster Arts Fair is loved by artists and patrons alike for its commitment to high-quality art in a warm and friendly environment. The Webster Arts Fair thrives on the support of knowledgeable patrons who take a personal interest in the artists and their work. The 2025 Webster Arts Fair, scheduled for June 6, 7 & 8, and will attract more than 15,000 visitors to historic Webster Groves, Missouri, an upscale suburb just 10 minutes west of downtown St. Louis. In the September 2016 issue, Sunshine Artists magazine ranked Webster Arts Fair as the 77th best fair, specializing in contemporary & classic fine craft, commenting that the Webster Arts Fair "is known around the show circuit for its unbelievable artist treatment,” which “makes working this festival a delight.” We were delighted to be voted as a finalist in for the 2024 St. Louis Magazine AList for Best Art Event. Webster Arts Fair prides itself on the quality hospitality of its artists and treating crowds to delicious food, top-notch music performances, and unique creative activities for the whole family.

Webster Art Fair FAQs

Where is the Webster Arts Fair Held?
The Webster Arts Fair will be held on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary (475 E. Lockwood Ave), at the corner of Bompart and Lockwood Avenues in the heart of Webster Groves, Missouri.

Cost of attendance?
Admittance to the Webster Arts Fair is FREE to the public.

What if it is Raining/Storming?
Watch our homepage and social media feeds for the most up to date news on the Fair. We are a rain-or-shine event, but encourage you to use your best judgement in when to attend the fair.

Are pets allowed?
We get it - we love our pets, too. But the Art Fair is not necessarily an ideal place for a great pet experience and we would encourage you to leave them at home.
If you do bring a pet to the Fair, we ask that you stay on the grass and refrain from bringing pets into the artist booths or the Bistro Tent. Service animals are allowed but should be clearly marked as such.

Can I bring my cooler?
No, coolers cannot be brought onto the grounds of the Webster Arts Fair.

Will there be food and beverage available?
Yes, there will be a variety of foods and beverages available for purchase. Food and beverage purchases support the Webster Arts Fair and keep it FREE. Webster Arts beverage tents will take both cash and credit cards. No ATMs will be onsite.

Does Webster Arts recycle at the fair?
Yes! But we are able to recycle aluminum cans, cups and plastic bottles ONLY. There are designated recycling boxes stationed throughout the fair. Please note: plastic drink cups and wine cups are NOT recyclable. Please be mindful of using the correct waste can for food and recyclables.

What are the days and times of the Webster Arts Fair?
Friday, June 6: 6 PM to 10 PM
Saturday, June 7: 11 AM to 9 PM
Sunday, June 8: 12 PM to 4 PM. 

I have a permit to carry a gun, may I bring it?
No weapons may be brought onto the grounds of the Webster Arts Fair, even with an appropriate permit.

Where to Park

  • Parking for those with accessibility needs is on Lockwood Avenue, just east of Bompart Avenue as well as on the Eden Seminary campus at the designated entrance on Lockwood Avenue. Appropriate permits will need to be displayed.

  • Limited street parking on Bompart Avenue and on Lockwood Avenue.

  • Lot parking on the Webster University campus off Lockwood is allowed throughout the weekend without a permit. 

  • Lot parking on the Nerinx Hall campus off Lockwood Avenue is allowed throughout the weekend without a permit.
