The Webster Arts Fair is held the first weekend of June in Webster Groves, on the grounds of Eden Theological Seminary at the corner of Lockwood Ave and Bompart.  Traditionally, the event features 100 artists in a juried fine art show, unique hands-on activities for young and old, live musical entertainment from local talent performing on a main stage and fine food from area restaurants.

The Webster Arts Fair is produced by Webster Arts, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We are seeking food vendors as well as specialty vendors, interested in promoting their business (sale of items is prohibited). Electricity and security are provided for the duration of the fair. Trash hauling and site clean-up is the responsibility of the vendor.

If you would like to submit an application to be a speciality, non-selling vendor at the Webster Arts Fair, June 7-9, 2024 please click the button below to fill out our submission form.

Speciality Vendors are located near the artists tents and offer marketing opportunities to share their message with art fair visitors. Typically, the Webster Arts Fair sees about 15,000 patrons throughout the weekend.  We try to treat our vendors well, offering water and snacks throughout the fair... and access to the best audience in St. Louis! Specialty Vendors may hand out literature and samples, but MAY NOT sell products or take any payments during the fair.

A 10x10 space is $1500 and must be staffed during all fair hours. Fair hours are:
Friday: 6:00 - 10:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 12:00 - 4:00 PM

Set up assistance is available. Call Jenny Donaldson, Executive Director, at 314.279.1800 with questions.

We hope to see you at the Webster Arts Fair!

Spaces are limited. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by March 31, 2024 and invoices will be sent. All fees are due by April 15. Late fees may apply.
